Oh my gosh, I am so tired.
I knew that going back to work was going to be tough considering I am not used to waking up so early. For those of you who know me, you know I am not a morning person whatsoever–nor am I a coffee drinker….So, without the support of caffeine I have attempted to meet my 6:30 wake up call with the best of attitudes. Not an easy task.
I have taken to doing a 12 minute yoga routine in the morning and then trying to get a healthy meal in before I get off to work. The shower helps a bit, but not much.
Once I get to work, with a brisk walk under my belt (from the car to the office), I am usually ready to go. That being said, I work in the center of an office building and so my desk has no windows to speak of. There is something to consider for the future. An office with a view. Anyways, my body slowly starts the decline to nappy time and but 4:30, when it is time to go home, I am like a walking zombie.
Oh well, it is only the first week…and I am finding ways to cope as best I can. Today I took a nice relaxing bath when I got home which actually served to wake me up a bit. I am going to get to bed by 10:30 no matter what ANYONE says. Issa keeps begging me to stay up and watch the olympics.
I know this post probably makes ZERO sense but when I look back on this I will remember how very tired I am. Man alive.

I totally know what you mean! This week, I just was excited to get to go to bed, I was SOOOOO tired by the end of the day!
